Developer Portal Documentation

Currently, I collaborate with platform stakeholders to update and improve the Cvent developer portal website among other responsibilities. Additionally, I migrated the original site over from a simple WordPress and added structure via the Diátaxis Framework. Previously, various internal developers maintained the site with no consistent style or tone.

I led the effort to build the support documentation for the Edit SQL interface my team introduced in cPanel&WHM version 102.

Manage Database Users UI

I created this document in version 82 of cPanel&WHM. The Manage Database Users interface helps users administrate their user accounts.

I edited the YAML file we used to create this API documentation.

Plesk 360 API

I volunteered to take over the Plesk 360 documentation upkeep when one of our writers left.
